If that is not the case, you can find the covenants and restrictions and other governing documents on the Documents<\/a><\/u><\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Facebook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We have a Facebook page titled Rolling Ridge-HOA, Jeffersonville, IN<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rolling Ridge HOA Board<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rolling Ridge is a self-managed homeowner\u2019s association community comprised of a 4 person Board of Directors who are volunteer homeowners that live in Rolling Ridge. Board members are voted in by other homeowners in the neighborhood at the annual meeting and have authority to handle the day-to-day operations of the community\u2014including managing finances, maintaining common areas, enforcing rules and regulations, collecting HOA payments and creating annual budgets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Annual HOA Dues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dues must be paid annually by April 1.<\/strong> Invoices will be mailed to your home in January as a reminder of the due date. Payments can be made securely online<\/a><\/u><\/strong> or by mailing a check to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rolling Ridge HOA,<\/strong> 3310 Hwy 62 E, #311, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The association uses these fees to pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the front of the neighborhood, water basins, signs and easements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If homeowners do not pay their dues on time, the HOA Board can collect late fees or penalties. These are necessary to keep the community\u2019s budget on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A homeowner who continuously does not pay HOA fees can be declared delinquent. In extreme cases, the HOA can place a lien on the delinquent homeowner\u2019s property or file for a foreclosure to settle unpaid dues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What are the benefits of living in an HOA community?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The HOA board ensures that homes and common areas are beautiful and well-maintained. As a result, homes in HOA communities typically enjoy higher and more stable property values. In an effort to increase or stabilize property values in the community, homeowners will have to abide by the strict rules and regulations imposed by the association.
