HOA Dues Payment

We are excited to let you know we have a new payment option! We are taking payments this year electronically via Zelle, but you can still send a check in the mail or hand deliver to a board member.

We also have an option to pay via the PayHOA app, if we have your email address on file, you will receive an email. You can setup your account here: https://app.payhoa.com/auth/join/20106-rolling-ridge-hoa-indiana

HOA Dues = $100

If you pay your dues before April 1, you pay $100. If you pay after April 1, you will incur late charges of 10% each month up to 4 months. After 4 months of delinquency, we will contact our attorney for debt collection.

Pay 3 ways

  1. Send $100 via Zelle to Rolling Ridge Homes, rollingridgehomes@gmail.com, and enter your address so we know to correctly record your payment.

  3. Coordinate with a Board Member for curbside drop-off.

What happens if I don’t pay HOA dues?

If homeowners do not pay their dues on time, the HOA Board can collect late fees or penalties. These are necessary to keep the community’s budget on track.

A homeowner who continuously does not pay HOA fees can be declared delinquent. In extreme cases, the HOA can place a lien on the delinquent homeowner’s property or file for a foreclosure to settle unpaid dues.

What are the benefits of living in an HOA community?

The HOA board ensures that homes and common areas are beautiful and well-maintained. As a result, homes in HOA communities typically enjoy higher and more stable property values. In an effort to increase or stabilize property values in the community, homeowners will have to abide by the strict rules and regulations imposed by the association. These rules are outlined in the community’s covenants and restrictions, bylaws, and governing documents, found on the Documents page.
